Fun Christmas Songs
Laughing All the Way
Because we are in the holiday season, I wanted to share two Christmas songs to make you smile. Both songs are about technology, so I better share them with you before they become obsolete as technology races forward.
The first song, written by Nathan Hale, is called “I Want to Stare at My Phone With You.” He wasn’t talking about any of the types of phones pictured below.
Instead, he wrote the music about cell phones whose interfaces look like this (as we all know):
Hear the first humorous song below. I have included the actual links to both songs. In case the video will not play for you, just copy and paste.

The second song is called “Text Me Merry Christmas.” The song was written by Adam Schlesinger and David Javerbaum. The arrangement on YouTube is by Roger Emerson.

Speaking of technology, a magazine that once interviewed me about writing wanted a photo of me with some of my books. They immediately needed the photo, so I was forced to take a selfie. I’m not great at selfies, despite having long arms.
Now, via writing (not by text), I want to look away from my phone and say “Happy Holidays” to all of you. Please let me know in the comments if you are aware of any other funny Christmas songs.

Stretchy Pants is especially meaningful to me this time of year. 😂
